15-Day Hassle-Free Returns policy-

At House of Heere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free 15-day return policy, allowing you to return the item(s) you purchased within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

    1.    Unused and Unworn: The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.

   2.    Original Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

   3.    Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or invoice, when requesting a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

    1.    Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at care@asajewels.com or by whatsapping us at +91 - 9999999999.

   2.    Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

   3.    Pack and Ship: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and ship it back to the address provided along with the RA number. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Your Refund:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.

Exclusions:

    •    Customized and Engraved Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for customized or engraved items unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. (UNBOXING VIDEO MANDATORY)
